About 100 sq ft of wasted space in entry/hallway, so you're essentially buying a 350 ft. pad.

Shame about the hallway. I see that an island is optional. With such little space, I'd forego an island. Unfortunately, that leaves very little counter space. Shower only bathroom.

A positive is that it is a wide unit and has a balcony just off the wide living space.
