Location
Mississauga, where cars rule city growth
Not sure if this should be here, but saw this last weekend while in Buffalo.

There is many decades of work here in redeveloping this area, but what has started is on the right track of bring life back to the area as well the city.

It is nice too see these vacant building brought back to life and not being torn down.

The project is at Seneca St & Emslie St area

One tall building has been converted to commercial.

The tall white building is to have commercial and retail at ground floor with condos above it. To the north, the historical Power House is to be converted to 2 floor apartments/condos of various type.

Some of the smaller building around these building are been fix up for retail/commercial with possibility of residential.

There is a double deck parking structure being fix up for the area with another one plan for it. A small park with entertainment with pub and restaurant in place. It has a sport area and more plan.

This is the tall white building under renovation

Urban Toronto? (Don't mind me, I don't even think stuff in Mississauga should be on this forum...)

In all seriousness, this actually seems like a cool development. I'm glad to see some activity in Buffalo. Their economy hasn't been so great in recent times.

Edit: The sound of people singing in the background and the desolate foreground, in your video, makes for a very eerie setting.
