I'm planning to buy a new condo directly from Lantrerra and wondering what kind of experience you had with that builder? Positive, negative, comments? Everything is valuable.

Some of my relatives live in the 18 Yonge development and they are very happy with it. They have a pretty good track record and are about to finish Murano, Maple Leaf Square, etc.. so pretty reliable I guess.
