Looks like it's being re-branded as Jasmine Condos with Averton Homes as the new developer.

Site clearance started a week or so ago and it's up at the CoA again tomorrow for even more changes to setbacks and the like.
 
Update from Norm Kelly.

"The developer has run into serious issues due to a high water table. New plans are in the works. Same number of units but larger footprints."

Stacked townhouses perhaps?
 
You'd never get 143 units on this property, stacked at grade. How, I wonder, would larger suites get around the issue of a high water table here unless the extra space were being used to park a car?

This is a straight-up SPA taking advantage of a dormant zoning request.

Same storey count (15 storeys) and unit count (158) as previously permitted, less parking and some other minor tweaks.

Couldn't see a thread for the previous zoning app.

No new renderings. The storey changed from 15 storey to 18 storey. Height changed from 51.45m to 62.70m. The total unit count increased from 158 units to 160 units. The total parking space count changed from 78 parking to 159 parking. The total bike parking increased from 127 bike parking to 131 bike parking.

The stats all came from the architectural plan via minor variance.
