Was driving by Bayview Sheppard and saw a sign for Jade Condos. Googled it up and saw http://jadecondos.ca/. Does anyone know where this place is? There isn't even an address!

Hi, I was wondering the same thing. Just got their broshure and decided to check on-line.. there's nothing. The broshure mentions that it is "steps" from BV Mall. I live in the area and I think the only option is south of the mall, across Sheppard but that will be very surprizing as everything there is occupied by Daniels.

I actually went to the site to check it out the other day. It's on Spring Garden, just west of Bayview and Bayview Village. Location is okay. I imagine a lot of seniors would love this location considering its proximity to Bayview Village. The prices are pricey though.

Jade Condominiums at Bayview and Sheppard is a new condo project by Phantom Developments currently in preconstruction at Bayview and Sheppard in Willowdale, Toronto, Ontario. The project has a total of 153 units.

generally about 470-510 per sqft.

7 Floors...

15% down within 1yr.

Completetion oct 2012 i believe.
