I can almost afford this dump, but don't have the extra $600K to spend on building a modern custom house... but man it doesn't get closer to a major park, subway station, and multiple grocery options than this. Maybe in 10 years...

It's been sold haha. Comparative 18x130' lots in that area were double the price ($1M+, instead of $500K). The house is on the east side of Christie St just north of Barton.
