its being quiet for a long time but I'm sure its far from dead

the towers which I don't really care for were approved at lower heights of 15,11,13 storeys. Still am intrigued by the atrium and 'solar sail'

That's a crappy part of town for such a nice building. Hopefully it becomes a catalyst for improvement East of Yonge.

This was going to be built during the internet boom earlier this decade. Sank when the market went south.

At least one forum member lives in the pinkish building at the far right of the middle rendering.

PS - I like the Innovation Square project somewhat. Some elements look quite enticing, but the upper stories of the towers just look sort of wackydoodle to me. I don't want boring boxes either, but setbacks etc should have some apparent rhyme and reason to them IMHO...
