Hi, if anyone knows a good 1+1 or 2 BR condo for rent in yonge/sheppard or yonge/empress walk area I'd love any recommendation you could provide.

Oops sorry I forgot. I should also mention I'm more lookign for 1+1 than 2BR, the 2BR is a bit too much for me.

My budget is quite low, looking for 1450 all inclusive.

Have you checked on MLS yet? I just did a quick search and found many, many units for rent within your budget ranging from 1+1 to 2+2 units.

viewit.ca and craigslist also provide a prettty good range on the spectrum of available units

when are you looking to move in?
are you flexible on budget if amenities are correct?

sometimes a good agent can find you a unit before they go available to market

i'm sure you'll easily find something, it's definitely a reasonable budget. check mls.ca, or get a realtor to help you out (eg., Joy Paterson), g'luck.
