Howling in Dundas Square

I saw a bunch of people making noise at Dundas Square last week and didn't really know what was going on... Just had this video brought to my attention, though:

Judging by the movie clips spliced in, maybe all the howling has something to do with the Benicio Del Toro Wolfman movie? I don't know. I just thought it was a bit odd when I saw it, haha.
