Has anybody else had this flu?

I read somewhere that there is no such thing as the 24 hour flu / cold. The real culprit is food poisoning. Aparently most illness that last no longer then 4 days or so, even though symptoms are similar to having a cold or flu, originate from food poisoning not flu virus.

^ Yup, that's true. But stomach flus can also be differentiated from influenza flus also in that they have GI symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting and diarrhoea.

Hallucinating from food poisoning, that was my personal (un)favourite illness time.

Mmmm....morphine. Was on that stuff when I dislocated my patella years ago. Morphine for a broken heart? Could work.
