According to reports from Forge&Foster Investment Management, there has been a land Assembly by Lamb Development Corporation on the north side of Hunter St E between John St S and Catherine St S in Hamilton. I am not sure if the buildings at 75&77 Hunter St E have been purchased too. If anyone has more information I can add it here. The properties include the following:
- 73 Hunter St E
- 84 Hunter St E
- 89 Hunter St E
- 91 Hunter St E
Brad Lamb seems to be betting big on Hamilton. This is just the latest in acquisitions in Hamilton with another land Assembly on Cannon St W, and a purchase of a parking lot at King William. Seems to be rolling ahead with the start of Television City and the formal proposal on Main St W. This location is literally metres from the Go Station, so I would bet any proposal here would be dense and have little to no parking proposed.
Land on the City's GIS Map, confirming the actual properties (it shows 81 Hunter St being part of 89, but does not show 84, so I'm assuming the entire property has been purchased):
The same thing on Google Maps:
84-91 Hunter St E:
73 Hunter St E:
- 73 Hunter St E
- 84 Hunter St E
- 89 Hunter St E
- 91 Hunter St E
