I believe you are referring to Tridel's Grande Triomphe 2 at 500 Doris. I do not see any referneces to it on the forum. Urbandb.com says it was constructed 2 years ago, and that may be why there is nothing here regarding it currently, as the Real Estate section is new.

as far as I know, Grand Triomphe 2 just finished completion and has started Occupancy ... TWM perhaps can provide more insight (PM him thru this forum) ... this is a very good looking IMO, I would prefer this building over any other tower in NYCC
