Glebe Manor Lawn Bowling Club

After shutting down in 2013 and the Glebe Manor Lawn Bowling Club land was put up for sale in 2014. A developer bought the property for a townhouse development, however after a local community campaign and with the help of Ward 22 councillor Josh Matlow, the majority of the land has been bought back from the developer to be converted to green space.

I don't think I am too upset with how this unfolded.

It was a great opportunity to gain some more park space.
