I think I've said this in the past, but I'm actually kind of fond of the taller phase...the merging ovals hint at the shape of the infinity symbol ∞, a form that I wish was expressed more explicitly, preferably with infinity pools on the roof and mirror-like glass to make the whole thing disappear into the skyline. My hands are tied though - I'm forced to hate it because of its location. The shorter tower is pure junk; it's tall enough to aid and abet phase 1 in assassinating the view but not nearly tall enough to make worthwhile use of the strategically valuable land it sits on. Of course, I feel that any residential units on that block are completely unjustifiable.
