New condo development in Pickering at the intersection of Kingston Road and Valley Farm Rd. There will be at least two phases. Phase one should involve the 10+6 condo and 52 town homes.

I remember this site. The fence backing onto the homes on south end of the property has grafitti all over it

Got an Email from them. It appears that it is changed to Galleria in the City Condominium.

"Hello and thank you for your inquiry to the Galleria in the City Condominium in Pickering,

We are looking forward to opening the presentation center in September 2010.

yadda....

Occupancy is currently set for Fall 2013"
