I was fortunate enough to get some pretty good views on a recent flight, so I thought I'd share a few pics I managed to take.

I like how City Place and Spire are pushing the downtown skyline outwards. Can't wait to see that last view in 2010.

Further in the skyline vain, here's a downtown panorama I took recently:

Those are great shots, especially the last one.

From that angle the Bay Corridor looks so sad and concrete (especially from Manulife down). ROCP fails to leave a positive impact on the skyline and almost gets lost down there despite its size.

However, when looking at the core from this vantage point you can only imagine how strong an impact L-tower and Festival tower will have in their respective areas. And, to a lesser extent, how great MaRs 2 will look at College/University.

When I first flew to Toronto in 1970 the TD Centre dominated the skyline.

Flying back from England last month it was SkyDome ( or whatever we call it now ) that grabbed my attention because it was so big and reflective and shiny white.

Interesting how the perspective in the last aerial makes B/Y look so close to the FD when in fact it's probably a couple of Kms away. Nice shots.
