Forestside Estates (Blocks 1 & 2): a proposed multi-phase residential development designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects for Royal Pine Homes (operating as Forestside Estates Inc.) on the south side of Attmar Drive west of The Gore Road and north of Queen Street East in Brampton's Ebenezer — Claireville area.

Phase 1 consists of Blocks 1 & 2, as seen in the landscape plan:

Block 1 (SPA-2022-0096) consists of 3 x 6-storey buildings totaling 298 residential units on the west side of Palleschi Drive.

Block 2 (SPA-2022-0097) consists of 3 x 7-storey buildings and a 6-storey building totaling 458 residential units on the east side of Palleschi Drive.

Block 2 was previously a 7, 7, 7 & 6-storey residential blocks reflected in this database page and is now reflected in the new database page. This thread will remain for discussion of Block 1.
