What is happening with the movie studios? Did I see correctly (probably not) but on the news did they show demolition of buildings on the land where they're going to build the studios? Does anyone have any updates? Thanks.

Well Spring 2006 work was meant to begin but not a peep about it starting yet and Spring is over in less than a week.. I'm guessing delays. All I know is that in the Expo map plan the Studios were shown, so land isn't an issue. Must be money as usual.. lol

From what I recall from talking to the Studio rep at the Expo 2015 meetings, they plan to break ground later this summer/early fall.

Unless "work" was specifically defined as being construction then work probably did begin in the form of tendering, applications for permits, putting together detailed drawings, etc.
