A year ago it looked like this.
Was it not part of the Marshall McLuhan complex?
Apparently restoration is finally underway.

I remember the first time I saw it I felt like the doors and windows had probably not been opened in about 100 years. Any indication of what the purpose of it will be when restoration is complete?

The building for the former "McLuhan Program in Culture & Technology" was immediately adjacent to the pictured 'coach house' (2012).

The building is still there - the picture above makes it appear as though demolition was in sight, however it was simply under repair. It's been nicely maintained and the McLuhan Centre is still located within the building. Unfortunately the surrounding parking lot has also been maintained - 20th century landscaping at its best!

Used to walk down by this building all the time on the way to the Medieval Studies department building (which is located in one of the surviving houses along Queen's Park Circle.)
