Nice to see they're considering contextual design, but I'd love to see some greening (green walls/street trees/something/anything) and seating around or integrated into the exterior of the security wall.

Seems Like a lot of empty space inside the wall. Why not make bring it closer to the building and extend the sidewalk. It does look nice though for what it is

Here's a schematic of what's inside the walls. Slides also make reference to requiring workspace inside the walls - maybe there are some safety concerns?
