good use of space. the den and the balcony are a bit small. overall i like it.

very efficient layout with no wasted space ... I would find the den basically useless, and the 2nd bedroom is REALLY narrow @ 8'0" (a standard queen mattress is 80" or 6'8" long without accounting for any head or footboards)
