Duration Investments at Dalhousie, Queen, Mutual, & Shuter.

I was walking by the obnoxiously huge parking lot bordered by Dalhousie, Queen, Mutual, and Shuter, and saw a sign saying “An application to amend the official plan/zoning bylaw has been made by Duration Investments Ltd. to permit mixed use commercial/residential development.†Does anyone know anything about this? I searched everywhere (on the internet) and couldn't find anything. I can't even find a website for this “Duration Investments†company. Here is the sign on Google Maps. I am really eager to discover what is going to fill this ridiculous parking lot.

Ugh. That's insane (and depressing). Who's responsible for these signs? Shouldn't the developer or the city take it down? It tortures passersby with the promise of the imminent end of this parking lot.

It would obviously be a good place for Ryerson to expand, but perhaps they don't have the financial capability to do something here, given other big projects on their plate now.

This site has been rumoured to be for sale for some time (at least two years). Not sure what the problem is.
