A friend mentionned he's heard of a recent proposal in Dubai to build a structure to house a million people, like a Zuggarat. Possible a LEED building. I've done a quick search but found nothing. Anyone else?
Reminds me of that fellow trying to build self contained cities called Solaris out in the US deserts back in the 1960s.

I always need to be thinking ahead for when registered owners show up and wonder what the coleman stove, Ravioli tins, and real estate course books are doing in their foyer.

Is this project quasi-legit? How would they cope with Legionnaire's disease outbreaks?
