does anybody know the price for 1+1 den or 2br in luxe or mona lisa?

i am currently looking for a 1+1 den or 2br in a brand new condo at yonge/finch.

is luxe or mona lisa good building for living?

i see some bad comments on mona lisa, but i love the layout of the townhouse there.

any suggestions?

The Mona Lisa condos are available right now through assignment at the sales office if you wanted to take a quick look right now. I recall that the 1 bdrm+den was around 260-270K (for the condo) and that they had some units available both in the tower and townhouse.

i just looked at some of the floorplans for ML and they are horrible.
