The subject site was on and off the market for the better part of a decade. That stretch is a real dump, quite literally.

I agree this stretch is waiting for a first mover to trigger development.

I am extremely skeptical that the sales revenues achievable in this area would support a complex architecture like this.

This is the only property in Toronto owned by this corporation.
