Mississauga Daniels Erin Mills | ?m | 25s | Daniels | Kirkor Architects

Erin Mills Town Centre has been under "redevelopment" so long now, even the few remaining tenants don't shop there - And now they have lost Target, they must have half the mall to re-tenant.

If you are looking for a condo near shopping look at the Square One area or Sherway Gardens.

This building actually the rental...
The 25s condo is in the forefront.

The mullions here—on the upper floors at least—seem to have been put to actual use design-wise for this building, and there seems to be more care taken with the white, gray, and charcoal tones of the glass and aluminum spandrel panels here than we have seen on many other developments.

The ground floor here, however, appears as underwhelming as the average building going up these days: there's no obvious design in that length of glass.

Came across this updated Site Plan for the project showing the released buildings: Skyrise (rental) and West Tower (condo) ... note the curvalinear building geometry shown to the east abutting Erin Mills Parkway, would be rather interesting to see how that materializes

Rendering for Skyrise:

That's really funky. I can't see them putting in that shape as merely a placeholder; there has to be some sort of plan here. May not be residential. Maybe institutional or commercial/medical building. Whatever it is, it would be iconic and totally unexpected here. The Absolute World of west Mississauga perhaps?
