No idea but the ionview area won't start until 2020The trackwork seems to be going well Eglinton in the east end. They are pouring the guideway this week from Warden to Birchmount.
Anyone have any inkling on when they may start pouring the guideway across the Birchmount and Eglinton intersection?

Once the Dome switches to natural grass for baseball, there may be enough Astroturf for Line 5.

According to schedule on page 17 of the presentation here (http://www.thecrosstown.ca/news-media/whats-new/eastern-works-open-house), they are currently planning for the closure of the intersection at Birchmount and Eglinton in July and August of this year.

Makes sense considering that part should should see lots of work this year from what I understand.
I was more worried about salt than summer drought.Where do you think the air conditioning condensation (aka water) goes but under the vehicles as it moves along?
I got some vide the other day of the construction work at Don Mills they have the walls up on both sides of the entrance and exit ramps for the crosstown you can really get a sense of how large the station will be by the space between them.
