Condo Buyer

I am thinking of buying a Condominium at Toronto Cityplace, however after watching CBC Marketplace, I want to ask any one who went through condo buying process to share their experience. Did you get what you paid for?

There's a Cityplace facebook group: why not ask the cityplace owners themselves? But again, they might be biased....

One upside to the cityplace condos is that they have several projects on the go and they are planning on selling more under the same name of 'concord adex' which means they have a reputation to uphold. Not to mention the number of repeat buyers.

I am currently living in matrix which was the first building to be constructed. It is a 6 year-old building and thing's are still running smoothly.

Apart from some horrendous architecture, and IMO bad locations, they're probably not bad buildings. Concord Adex is a reputable developer and appear to be doing what they can do develop a sense of community.

As long as you can tollerate the low rate architecture and living in a fabricated community then I'm sure the actual structures themselves are quite good for the money.
