Cheap parking at yonge and dundas?

Hi,
This is my first post and don't know if this is the right place to post this. Wondering if you can help me out.
Just got a job at yonge and dundas and was wondering if anyone knows any cheap parking in that area? A friend of mine got a underground for $130.00 a month near the university.

Does the lot underneath the square have posted monthly rates? I thought I saw that last time I was in. I had a job offer in one of the towers in the CBD once that didn't have parking (they said it was only for management), yet my $35k/year call-centre job out in Etobicoke at the time (about 6 years ago) came with a prime space indoors. I think you'd be lucky to get $130 if you branch out a bit from the immediate area and walk about. Look east, you'll find cheaper lots that may offer monthly that way for sure.

Exactly. To pay $130 for parking when the same amount gets you a transit pass for the whole month doesn't make a lot of sense, especially considering the extra fuel costs. Where are you coming into the city from?

right on...that is a bit far. honestly, i would suggest going from yorkdale or something like that as well...

but, just letting you know that 45 carlton street usually has a few ads for parking spots at 60-70/month posted on info-boards in the lobby/basement. check it out brotha.
