Yea, think they did a really good job here. Attention to detail is much better than some of the earlier Streetcar projects.

I can't wait to go. This is great for locals who can walk to this venue rather than go downtown. In addition a little node is being crated at Dundas and Carlaw.

I walked by today. The theatre is setting up for a gala of some sort and the restaurant space along Dundas hasn't opened up yet.

But on a more serious note. Wasn't the city to build a parkette on the NE corner last year? There was a whole Carlaw/Dundas/Boston streetscape imagining done. I read it about five years back.
