With just a month and a half left to go in 2016, so ends the construction of dozens of projects that have changed the landscape throughout Toronto. Now it is time to recognize these projects that have been completed this year. This year, we will conduct polls on the best completed project regardless of building use: either commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed-use. Our criteria is simple: the building must be at least 5 storeys tall; completion must be apparent; and the building must have visible occupancy, even if it is just on one floor. Start thinking about all of this year's completed buildings—whether good or bad—and list them here in this thread!
