4 Feb 2010: Brownstones on Bloor, by Montevallo Developments (same as Brownstones on Wallace), so I'm keeping it in this thread rather than creating a new one--not exactly "hot" in UT lingo...
They're sold out apparently, if the Globe's Derek Raymaker is to be believed: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/real-estate/article770965.ece
"Montevallo Developments has successfully parlayed the cachet of the brownstone into an overnight sales sensation at its Brownstones on Bloor, with all 85 stacked townhouses being snapped up within a week after launching in May.
That's pretty remarkable since the location — on Bloor Street west of Lansdowne Avenue — was considered a dodgy and noisy pocket, next to busy railway tracks and a still-active industrial corridor."
Site plan looks pathetic--should've been a nicer-looking aA design here (or even like the Address at High Park further west.)
