yes, these units will be on a street called OMB folly.

"OMB Folly" is a better name than "Brownstones at NYC"

. I guess karma got the developer for such lousy naming.

Is this development is in fact on OMB Folly, a fun name would be "Brownstones on the OMB Folly".
