Brownfield Redevelopment

Hey everyone,

Do you know if there are any private funding sources for brownfield remediation for residential properties? I can only really find Kilmer but that's it.

Just off the top of my head, a "private funding source" would probably want to place a mortgage on the property in question, and you may find such a lender through a mortgage broker. I would be wondering: do you have an estimated cost to complete this remediation, and is there free equity in the property to at least that amount?
