Are you saying that they don't fit in with the John Street Cultural Corridor lol?

Seriously though, I imagine that their days are numbered given the on-going transformation of the district and the price (to be had) of development land.

If you look at page 26 in the attached King Spadina East Precinct Built Form Study, they show Hooters as being a potential greenspace/park. If so, I can see this being a very expensive purchase for the City. It's nice to dream though.
