There's already a brooks brothers a few blocks down. Y another one here...y???? I wanted something more original, more interesting. We don't have that much room on that strip as it is.

For the near and far - the higher sign is visible from a distance, the lower one by pedestrians (without craning their necks).
However, the lower one could have been much smaller - i.e. just on the windows or above the doorway.

Why bother? Seeing a window full of stuff with 'LV' all over it, it's pretty obvious what the place is.
