Photos taken February 9 from Toronto's New City Hall. BAC is visible beyond the Old City Hall.
From Bay St. There is a window washer on the Bank of Nova Scotia building.
From Temperance St looking south. They are testing a curtain wall on the left. I do not know if that is what they will be installing on the tower.

That test curtain has been there for a long time. I saw it lit up one night. This is when they were still planning to light the glass up at night.

Not til the end of March. The steel might be up, but the curtainwall can't go up until they've got at least five or six floors of cured concrete floors.

the second pic includes some news about BAII. I'm surprised they'd be interested in another office building when rents are pretty low rite now.

I would call it a mid-range rental rate for Toronto office space (note: I do not know if these numbers have been normalised for location, floor, etc.) and if you leave aside Manhattan, it's near the top end of rental rates.

Rates are strong for Class A space though the financial crises in the US is causing the pain to spread here so there may be some weakening.
