34 new projects are expected to be launched for May - August, adding up to 4,200 units to the market.

Glad to see X sell so well; with 32% sold in April alone maybe we'll see them break ground by the end of the year. and i dont suppose you have figures for Uptown, Vu, or CASA, do you?

casa is over 50% sold and they are releasing new suites for sale.it was in their ad in star condo section.
