Nishnawbe Homes Dundas Street Project. Part of the GTA Aboriginal Housing Program, which is a partnership between the Province of Ontario + local Aboriginal housing providers and Miziwe Biik Development Corporation.

The development includes 32 affordable rental units and "is expected to create up to 70 construction jobs for local qualified workers, including Aboriginal people." The City waived development fees and will exempt owners from property taxes for 25 years.
