Anyone lives in MoZo or 109 Front E?

Hey folks

I'm looking to buy a unit in either one of these buildings. I love many buildings developed by context (spire, tip top, district loft); however, I heard that the MoZo building is managed and maintained very poorly and there's been some quality issues in certain units. Anyone has experience with that? If you are living or have lived in Mozo, would love to hear your insight.

If anyone has experience with 109 Front E as well, would love to hear you as well.

I am involved with MoZo as my clients have units there, we have sold, bought and leased at that site.

The management is fair, the building is well kept and values seem to be holding very nicely.
