Thanks! Thought that I’d post a few images to show that this site is metres south of Dufferin/Bloor and across from 35s rental towers. Also curious how much effort it would take to add stories above once the stairway issue is resolved?! Finally I imagine that laneway units will be added to increase units. But wouldn’t rezoning in 2025 make this unnecessary?!
