This popped in the upcoming Brampton Planning and Development Committee Agenda: HERE

- 95 & 99 Kennedy Road South, and 3, 5, 7 & 7A Research Road
- One tower would be 20 storey with a four storey podium, the other 15 storeys with a 4 storey podium
- Residential with ground storey retail

Go up on GMaps to Research Road. They're going to be replacing all those auto garages.

Much welcomed refreshing design for Brampton. And it does echo elements of M9-4.

To be fair it is walking/biking distance to jobs, schools, parks, and even downtown Brampton at a 13 minute-ride. Car-oriented but at least people have other options if they want to go out of their way.

Or transit, considering the 7/7A Kennedy has 7 minute frequencies at rush hour and 20 minute mid-day.
