This has been rejected at the OLT following a 33 day hearing with 19 different expert witnesses, according to the NRU, in a rare developer loss.

Apparently the rejection was based on compatibility issues with the immediately adjacent MacMillan Yard to the north.

Anyone have a copy of the decision?

The concern was with the switching tracks to the north, not the yard itself, apparently.
