This is about halfway between Ossington & Dovercourt at the corner of Concord. Currently 2s building.

Oof, that's terrible. That whole stretch of Bloor from Shaw to Lansdowne is one of my favourite parts of town, albeit in the 'messy urbanism' vein that so many on the forum disparage. I'm happy to see more density but this is an awful mishmash of bad materials. The way it addresses the corner is dreadful.

It's heinous. But at least the EIFS doesn't start until the second floor anymore. Wonder why half the ground floor bloor elevation is brick & not glazing. And no signage.... Sigh.
 
From what I remember, the original rendering for this was pretty crap. Hope there's some chance out there that they might be going with a new design.

Would be good to finally see this get going though. The corner building has been left decrepit for so long. 5 storeys here is solid.

I couldn't find any info for this on TGA Group's website:
