He has had an open offer to feed anyone hungry, for free, for ages.
That's nice, sincerely. But said business owner is going one step better. He wants to see affordable housing built over his business.

Not much else, yet:
His property is ~3,000ft2

I'm not sure what the proposition is, but 100 units would be a very tight fit on the existing site, even when considering this as transitional housing.
At 150ft2 per unit, allowing for halls/elevator etc, maybe 16 units per floor, with full as-of-right footprint, that's 80 units + ground floor. We'll see what they come up with. Ambitious, but I wish him well.
