We have seen this initial excitement before but then the budget gets squeezed and the small details get deleted. 88 Scott IS looking good so far and Concert have been better than many developers (think L-Tower!) but I am withholding my screams until I see more of it built.

Not only not great but not finished! Look at the area along the Yonge sidewalk and the 'podium' at the north west corner. (and we won't go on about the damned crane any more ...)
