I'm amazed, going through the threads, that we don't have a thread for this project despite having done a front page story on it in November.
So, the story is here. Not a huge building, just 4 storeys, sited on the north side of Adelaide just east of Strachan, but a live-work combo with a salon on the lower two floors, and a residence above.
Thomas Payne, architect, is the P from KPMB. (He left a few years ago, they kept the P.) To my eyes, his design for the building's silhouette is going to be the real standout here:

I'm not sure how far along this is, no idea if the site has been cleared or if this has started construction. If anyone knows…
