The Glen Manor ravine is right behind this proposal. The south-facing units here will have great views.

New renderings are updated in the database. The total unit count changed from 29 units to 99 units. The total storey count changed from 7 to 10 storeys. Total height changed from 24.10m to 38.21m. Finally, parking changed from 26 parking to 32 parking.

The landscape plans flag a couple of issues here:

1) No street trees on the Kingston Road frontage

2) Did they run by the TRCA the idea of building within the 10M buffer from the Long-Term Stable Top of Bank? That didn't work out for Diamond...............I see TRCA did comment (and staked the LTSS) very peculiar.
