thx: I was in there once. It's a very nice old "loft" building, originally built sometime in the 1800s. Prices per square foot seem to be in line with many other downtown locations. However the complex has no parking facilities, so if you own a car you will be at the mercy of the downtown parking market, and that expense would have to be factored in to your decision.

Was in the loft yesterday,
Apprently a law suite is in place with the builder. I was hopeing old lofts would be at a different construction quality from the new condos. But still no.
Raine Meda (Our lady Peace) lives there with Chantel Kroviasc (sp?).
Raine meda's dad is the developer.
BTW: I'm on the Hydro One wireless network. Its great!

When I was a child, one of the funniest names I knew was Maida Vale, in London. I used to quietly repeat it to myself until it sounded like Made of Ale. Raine Maida sounds like rain maker or Paul McCartney's Ah Mater, One Jet to always love me ... or something ...
