Yes, it certainly looks far better. Another building that would benefit from a good scrubbing is this at Yonge and Adelaide. Currently I think it looks 'angry".

Great word choice - I also have always thought it looks angry.

In addition to a scrubbing, this one deserves to have its cornice restored to it.

It is actually listed and has a name!
